Fully stabilized zirconia ceramics, zirconia exists in a cubic phase, and its light transmittance is comparable to that of diamonds, but the bending strength can only reach 200MPa, which cannot be used in fields with higher bending strength requirements.
There have been patents related to high-strength and high-transmittance zirconia materials abroad. For example, the patent publication number is US20070375001, which directly uses high-yttrium-content zirconia powder (yttrium oxide mole fraction 4% 6%) to prepare high-strength, Zirconia sintered body with high light transmittance. However, the cost is relatively high, the manufacturing process is complicated, and the application has certain limitations.
