The principle of the present invention is as follows: The tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline powder containing 3% yttrium oxide in mole percentage is tetragonal phase, with phase change toughening, and the strength is above 1000MPa, but the light transmittance is lower, and it is worse than cast porcelain materials. Meet the needs of anterior tooth aesthetics; the fully stabilized zirconia powder containing 8% yttrium oxide by mole is cubic phase.

Due to the isotropy of the cubic phase, translucent or fully transparent materials can be obtained, but because there is no phase change Toughened, the strength is only about 200MI. By adopting a composite structure of tetragonal and cubic phases, using the high strength of the tetragonal phase and the high light transmittance of the cubic phase, a two-phase composite ceramic material with both higher strength and better light transmittance can be obtained.
