YL-DP2 is a mass-produced large-panel equipment to replace plaster models. The product is in practical application, and the large-area algorithm has been optimized so that the deviation of the insertion and extraction gap of each pair of models does not exceed 0.01mm and compatible to 3shape and EXO to ensure the stability in mass production. The printing speed has been improved. 1. Imported optical machine and imported P-grade screw rod are adopted, so that the ultra-high control accuracy and long-term printing stability in the three directions of XYZ are guaranteed from the hardware first.

2. High precision. Through the patented unique verification method, the actual forming tolerance of printing is controlled within ± 50 μ M (theoretical tolerance marked on non similar products), which fully meets the requirements of high-precision applications such as guide plate, veneer  model, inlay model, implanting model, etc.

3. Simple operation: in terms of hardware, the whole machine is designed to be calibrated and locked, without the need for operators to calibrate in the subsequent use process.

4. With the heating function of resin tank, it has low requirements for the external environment. It can be used in normal office environment. The heating function ensures that it can be printed successfully at low room temperature.
